Dallisons 2021 Ltd acknowledges the customer's rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you purchased it.

SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE BUYING THE CORRECT SIZE AND STYLE.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Please refer to your card issuer's policies to determine when your refund will appear in your account.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you return an item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the return.
